The application includes all site works, such as the removal of an existing stone wall, the raising of the land at Gate 1 by 300mm, the creation of a gravel surface, the provision of a wheelie-bin store and the removal of a gas tank. This development will be held in common ownership with the Shanks Mare development and will not be sold or leased separately. Included in this are all associated site works and services.
