All apartment units will be provided with private open space areas in the form of balconies/terraces. 2) 112 no. Duplex Units in 6 no. 2-4 storey blocks (D-H) consisting of 60 no. 2-bedroom units, 52 no. 3-bedroom units. All duplex units will be provided with private open space areas in the form of balconies/terraces. 3) 343 no. 1-3 storey houses consisting of 4 no. 2-bedroom units, 308 no. 3-bedroom units, 31 no. 4-bedroom units. ....TBC.
