The application includes also modifications to 2 no. roundabouts on the Old Navan Road, (R147). Development comprises: - a) Construction of 853 no. residential units as follows: 1) 398 no. Apartment Units in 3 no. 1-6 storey blocks (A-C) consisting of 121 no. 1-bedroom apartments; 258 no. 2-bedroom apartments; and 19 no. 3-bedroom apartments. All apartment units will be provided with private open space areas in the form of balconies/terraces. 2) 112 no. Duplex Units in 6 no. 2-4 storey blocks (D-H) consisting of 60 no. 2-bedroom units, 52 no. 3-bedroom units.
