The proposed development includes for the removal of condition No.5 of Reg. Ref. 23/60046 to better reflect to nature of the industrial warehousing and logistics/distribution use of the facility. All office space will remain ancillary to these uses. The proposed development also includes the omission of the permitted temporary wastewater treatment plant, which is now no longer required.
