Development description: The proposed development principally consists of amendments to the design of 2 No. permitted houses (specifically types X1 and X2). The permitted part-1-/part-2-storey (with habitable attic), 5-bedroom X1 house (225.4 sq m) is to be amended as a part-1-/part-2-storey, 4-bedroom house (278 sq m). The permitted part-1-/part-2-storey (with habitable attic), 4-bedroom X2 house (225.4 sq m) is to be amended as a part-1-/part-2-storey, 5-bedroom house (278 sq m). The amendments involve changes to the houses’ external and internal designs and layouts. Other proposed amendments include: associated changes to the site layout and landscaping to accommodate the above house changes; changes to the permitted boundary treatments enclosing and between the 2 No. houses; alterations to the permitted vehicular entrances serving the 2 No. houses; and all other associated site and development works above and below ground to facilitate the amendments.
