The proposed construction of a single storey extension to the rear of an existing two storey type dwelling house to accommodate a dining area together with the change of use of the existing dwelling house into short term accommodation for retreat purposes. Proposed construction of a single storey open plan structure to be used as an outdoor seating area. F. The erection of relevant signage at either side of the existing entrance. G. The provision of onsite car parking spaces. H. The replacement of the existing septic tank system with a suitable onsite wastewater treatment system with polishing filter and all associated site development works
