What’s proposed

the proposed Project includes the installation and operation of a Mobile Wash Plant for the grading and washing of aggregates. The Mobile Wash Plant will be used for grading and washing aggregates to National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI) Specification for use on construction projects. Aggregates will be sourced from existing stockpiles from a restoration site (PL Ref: 2360451) which bounds the area of the proposed Mobile Wash Plant. These materials will be processed through the plant and will be directed via pipeline through an existing settlement pond on site. Subsequently silts will be percolated through washed aggregates into a secondary pond for further settlement. The facility will process approximately 25,000 tonnes of material per annum, with an anticipated duration of eight years
