Provision of a prefabricated single storey flat roofed c.14.5sqm modular unit comprising staff welfare facilities, e. Installation of an upgraded/enlarged oil interceptor serving the c.0.4 ha existing compound, f. Upgrade and extension of existing concrete surfaces on the permitted c.0.4ha site, as applicable. g. 1 no. staff car parking space.
