Provision of an area of new aggregate hardstanding of c.0.9ha (which in conjunction with the retained c.0.2ha will form a total area of c.1.1ha permeable aggregate hardstanding for car/vehicle storage) b. Erection of 2m high paladin security fencing to new site, c. Provision of a 0.5m high earth berm, landscaped with a mix of native deciduous and coniferous screen planting to new site, d. Provision of a prefabricated single storey flat roofed c.14.5sqm modular unit comprising staff welfare facilities, e. Installation of an upgraded/enlarged oil interceptor serving the c.0.4 ha existing compound, f. Upgrade and extension of existing concrete surfaces on the permitted c.0.4ha site, as applicable. g. 1 no. staff car parking space. The subject development requires a review of the existing waste permit (License Number WFP-MH-12-007-01). No decision has been made yet; the council's decision is due by 4 Oct 2026.
