The proposed development will also provide for 1 no. 2 storey childcare facility with associated open space; public open space (within 3 no. areas); 363 no. car parking spaces and 140 no. bicycle parking spaces; bin storage areas; 2 no. ESB substations/kiosks; and all associated ancillary site development and infrastructure works including foul and surface water drainage, internal roads, public lighting, cycle paths and footpaths, boundary treatments and landscape works, potential for undergrounding and works to existing overhead ESB powerlines. A temporary foul water pumping station is also proposed as part of the development. Vehicular access to the proposed development is to be from Beamore Road to the west with pedestrian and cycle access from Beamore Road to the west and from Beamore Road to the north.
