What’s proposed

The development will also consist of the erection of a gated soffit height stone finished wall from the west side elevation of the existing dwelling house extending 7.2m west to the tree line; of the erection of a 2m high stone wall extending from the east side elevation of the existing dwelling house to the east site boundary, of the replacement of the existing timber fence at the front of the site with a 1.2m high stone wall, of the placement of a new 2.3m high arched gate at the driveway entrance at the front of the site and for all other ancillary site works including a new septic tank and percolation area.
