What’s proposed

the application site on which permission and retention permission are sought extends to c. 1.4 hectares in area and forms part of a site granted planning permission in 2017 under ABP Ref. PL.17. 247489/PA. Ref. No. TA/160093 that is currently under construction and known as "Effernock". The proposed development relates to the western part of the permitted development site only. The development consist of (i) retention and completion of the change of two no. permitted D2.2 Houses Types (detached 2.5 storey 4 bedroom dwelling with the option to convert second floor to habitable living space) to House Type D1.1 (also a detached 2.5 storey 4 bedroom dwelling also with the option to convert second floor to habitable living space) (Plot No. 15 & 16 The Crescent); (ii) permission for the change of four no. permitted House Types D2.2 (detached 2.5 story 4 bedroom dwelling with the option to convert second floor to habitable living space) to House Type D1.2 (also a detached 2.5 storey 4 bedroom dwelling also with the option to convert second floor to habitable living space) Plots No.'s 17, 18, 19 and 20); (iii) permission for the change of four no. permitted House Types C6.2 (2 storey semi-detached 3 bedroom dwelling) to House Type B6.2 (also a 21 storey semi-detached 3 bedroom dwelling) (Plot No.'s 3, 4, 7, 8; (iv) revisions to two no. permitted House Types C5.2 including omission of chimneys and elevational changes (Plot No.'s 5 and 6); (v) change of four no. permitted House Types C2.2 (semi-detached 2 storey 4 bedroom dwelling with the option to convert second floor to habitable living space) to House Type C1.2 (also a semi-detached four bedroom dwelling with the option to convert second floor to habitable living space) (Plot No's 52, 53, 56, 57); (v) change of 6 no. permitted house Types C1.2 (semi-detached 4 bedroom dwelling with the option to convert second floor to habitable living space) and one no. permitted House Type D1.2 (detached 2.5 storey 4 bedroom dwelling also with the option to convert second floor to habitable living space) to 7 no.
