Permission is sought for revisions to the layout of the Above Ground Infrastructure (AGI), associated with Gas Network’s Ireland’s high-pressure gas supply to the power plant. The revisions include a new revised AGI site entrance with access gate, amendments to the internal road network, amendments to the security fencing, a new pedestrian entrance/exit, a revised and new emergency exit, repositioning of the existing pig trap, repositioning of site security fencing, the addition of a temporary pig trap base, removable bollards, an electrical metering cabinet, an ESB electrical pole, an Electrical & Instrumentation kiosk, a regulators/metering kiosk, packaged boiler unit kiosk and a gas analyser kiosk. No changes are proposed to the permitted onsite drainage. The development permitted under Reg. Ref. PD/18/256 includes activities which will be subject to an Industrial Emissions Licence.
