The proposed development is located within the River Suck Callows Special Protection Area (SPA) (Site Code 004097) and the Suck River Callows Natural Heritage Area (NHA) (Site Code 000222). The proposed development passes through the recorded earthworks (RO041-048010) and the combined Zone of Notification associated with this and adjacent recorded monuments, comprising a road/trackway (RO041-048009), ford (RO041-048006), graveyard (RO041-048015), mills (RO041-048003 and RO041-048004), church (RO041-048007), castle (RO041-048001), fortified house (RO041-048005), bawn (RO041-048002) and walled garden (RO041-048014).
