What’s proposed
The Proposed development is for the localised re-contouring of the existing golf course surface including alterations to the layout of the fourth (4th) and sixth (6th) greens and associated bunkers, creating two new grass-based tee box accesses/pathways and tree planting for screening purposes. It is proposed that the ground levels in the north-east section of the site will be shaped to accommodate the alteration of the 4th green that provides a lesser gradient on approach to the putting green. Similarly, the area in the southern section of the site will be shaped to accommodate the relocation and alteration of the 6th green. As part of the alteration of layout of the 4th and 6th greens, new grass-based accesses/pathways will be provided to connect the new 4th green with the fifth (5th) tee box and to connect the new 6th green with the seventh (7th) tee box. The existing boundary of the golf course will remain the same and the area of the golf course will not be extended
