SDCC had previously recognised the shortfall historically of parking spaces. it was also noted at TRAC and discussed regularly in 2006 and 2007 by councillors and a solution was agreed to removing a strip of zoned open space and install publicly designated on - street car parking - the subject of this current Section 5 Application
