ED25/0063 is a planning application for declaration of exemption sect. 5 at Sean Keating Garden/Park, Rathfarnham Castle Park, Rathfarnham Castle, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, received by South Dublin County Council on 21 Jul 2025 and first seen by Planning Register on 11 Sept 2026. The application describes: Ballyboden Tidy Towns clg (BBTT) have submitted under Section 5 of the Planning and Development Act 2000, an application to request a declaration as to whether specific works carried out at the Seán Keating Garden (sometimes referred to as the Seán Keating Park), located within the curtilage of Rathfarnham Castle, constitutes exempted development.
