To erect the 'Esat Digifone Millennium Landmark Structure', which will form a focal feature in the layout of the Millennium Forest site at the Balrothery Interchange, Dublin 24. The structure will consist of a 27m high, hollow, conical structure with perforated stainless steel skin, varying from 650mm diameter at base to 2500mm diameter at top, all reinforced with three stay cables and carried on a solid conical drum base, 3000mm high and 7350mm diameter at ground level to 3000mm diameter at top. The GSM antennas will be concealed within the top of the core and the ancillary equipment will be accommodated within the solid base. This development forms part of Digifone's mobile telecommunications network infastructure
