The total car parking for the combination of the previously permitted scheme (473 no. spaces), and this proposal (84 no. spaces) is 557 no. spaces, of which 524 no. are in the basement and 33 no. are on the surface. All other elements of the scheme, including the works proposed to the Protected Structures are unaltered from the approved scheme. The revised element of the development relates to 0.53 hectares as part of overall site measuring 4.9 hectares approximately at Loreto Abbey (Protected structure Ref. No. 28 South Dublin Development Plan 1998)
