The application site comprises 2.775 hectares. The application is accompanied by an Environmental Impact Statement. Clarification of Additional Information received 25/03/04: Revised plans provide as follows: Revised massing and elevational treatment and materials to the hotel. Revised design to the hotel to accommodate an increase in floor to floor height 2nd to 14th floors inclusive to provide fro an increase in height of 8.3m above that previously submitted. Revisions to the floor area of the hotel to provide for a change from 8660 sq.m. to 9475 sq.m. and a reduction in the number of bedrooms from 154 no. of bedrooms to 140 bedrooms, a change in the floor area of the fitness centre from 2620 sq.m. to 2250 sq.m. resulting in an increase in the floor area of the overall development from 81,925 sq.m. to 82,370 sq.m.
