Block 1 allows emergency vehicle access and a crèche set down parking area providing 8 no. parking spaces off the Tallaght Rd. Block 1 also includes a 260sq.m. crèche with play area and 21 no. 1 bedroom, 49 no.2 bedroom and 7 no. 3 bedroom apartments. (3) Block two consists of 309sq. m. restaurant at ground floor and 33 no.1 bedroom and 29 no. 2 bedroom apartments. (4) Block 3 consists of 37 no.1 bedroom and 34 no. 2 bedroom apartments. Total number of apartments 210, 15% of which shall be put forward as social/affordable housing. (5) The construction of internal circular landscape courtyard within the enclosed area of the Blocks and a landscape boulevard to the Tallaght Bypass and New Greenhills Road. (6) Provision of a new children's playhall of 82sq. m. at ground level between blocks 1 and 2. (7) Vehicular access to the basement carpark off the Tallaght Road. (8) A ground level ESB Substation, site and ancillary and landscaping works. (9) The applicant now includes for the replacement of the existing pedestrian Bridge linking the site across the N81 to the residential area to the South. Total site area c.1 Hectare. The council granted permission on 12 Mar 2004. The five-week observation window closed on 22 Mar 2004. The register records an appeal (PL06S.206768), decided: grant permission.
