(4) Block 1 to provide 16 no. 1 bedroom, 58 no. 2 bedroom and 14 no. 3 bedroom dual aspect apartments. (5) Block 2 consists of a 619 sq.m creche at ground floor and 10 no. 2 bedroom and 2 no. 3 bedroom apartments above, total of 100 no. apartments reduced from 146 no. 15% of the total residential accommodation shall be put forward as social/affordable housing. (6) The reduction/rebuilding from 2, 162 sq.m to 1,325 sq.m of the existing Belgard Inn basement for use as a plant room for the entire development. (7) The provision of an off-street bus/taxi pick up area along the Cookstown Road and the provision of a new access road on the Old Belgard Road for delivery access and 25 no. surface level car park spaces. The development shall be served by a 366 no. space sub-ground level car park, previously approved under S98A/0445 to provide 240 no. spaces and by the provision of an additional basement level and half level providing 126 no. spaces, 104 no. of which shall be dedicated residential car parking. (8) The construction of a car park attendants office and a bank A.T.M. (9) A full landscaping design and living area, total site area 1406 hectares. Amended by Clarification of Additional Information received 11th May 2004: The proposal incorporates a 366 no. space sub-ground level multi-storey car park that will accommodate 120 surface level car spaces from the front of the existing development. The current proposal is an amendment of the 240 car park, which was previously approved under S98A/0445 at this site. The proposal includes the following amendments: (1) The ramp has been reconfigured to provide separate half level ramps in the centre of the car park. (2) An additional car park level between level one and ground level. (3) The reduction in length by 1.2m on the southern side and the partial increase in width by 3.37m on the eastern side of the car park. (4) General reconfiguration of the car parking spaces, stair and lift cores. The council refused permission on 4 Jun 2004. The five-week observation window closed on 15 Jun 2004. The site is zoned G1 — open space with recreation under the South Dublin County Council development plan. The scheme is for 147 units.
