The application is to include demolition of existing house, over ground and underground parking, landscaped open spaces, screen walls, boundary treatments, storage units, cycle paths and all associated site and infrastructural works including foul and surface water outfalls. An Environmental Impact Statement has been submitted to the Planning Authority as part of this planning application. The council refused permission on 25 Feb 2004.
