A Basement Carpark containing 199 spaces. Roadworks to include the realignment of Sundale Park to form a T-Junction with Fortunestown Way, the introduction of a T-Junction at Brookfield Road/Fortunestown Way in place of the existing roundabout, and associated new traffic signals and roadmarkings. Hard and soft landscaping, surface car parking (70 spaces), a new internal road linking new vehicular entrances off Sundale Park and Fortunestown Way and the upgrading of the public open space to the West of Sundale park by the introduction of perimeter railings and hard and soft landscaping.
