Planning permission has been granted for a substantially similar proposal, An Bord Pleanala Ref. PL.06S.122018 dated 28th February 2001, South Dublin County Council Ref. S00A/0553. An Environmental Impact Statement will be submitted to the Planning Authority with this application. The council granted permission on 22 Sept 2006.
