The development shall also consist of revisions to the layout of the west car park, relocation of entrance and alterations to existing north facade including demolition of north entrance porch and escape stairs, ESB substations, associated landscaping and site works, all on a circa 3.57 hectares site. Planning permission has been granted for a substantially similar proposal, An Bord Pleanala Ref. PL.06S.122018 dated 28th February 2001, South Dublin County Council Ref. S00A/0553. An Environmental Impact Statement will be submitted to the Planning Authority with this application. The council granted permission on 22 Sept 2006.
