(c) 135 no. residents parking spaces, 6 no. visitors parking spaces, a landscaped central public park of 2,191 sq m including a children's play area, a refuse collection bin storage area of 15.9 sq m for the apartments and individual bin storage areas of 1.6 sq m to each house. (d) The erection of a new boundary wall around the entire estate and the creation of a new vehicular entrance from Lock Road. (e) The widening of Lock Road and provision of a new left turn at the new entrance to the site and the creation of a new two meter wide pedestrian footpath along Lock Road.
