All apartments have balconies or roof terraces at upper floor level: all on site of approx. 2.3858ha bounded to the north by the New Nangor Road, to the west by Millpark, to the south by the Old Nangor Road and Beech Row. Service commercial access is located from Nangor Road while residential access is from Old Nangor Road. This application is accompanied by an Environmental Impact Statement.
