What’s proposed

Alterations to previously approved developmetn Reg. Ref. SD05A/0319, comprising the following :- 1. retention of relocation of 2 no. stair cores at either end of the apartment building, by approx. 2.85m further from the front of the development and the addition of a second floor level window to the front elevation to each of these staircores; individual, associated minor modifications/changes resulting from this amendment, namely:- (a) the relocated entrance and improved access to Apt. No. 6 by means of the re-located common stairwell serving Apt No. 8; (b) an increase in floor area to Apt. No.3 by approx 6 sq.m, and for the provision of a ground floor window in lieu of the previously permitted entrance door; 2. retention of 3 no. single storey flat roofed porch extensions to the front elevation of the 3 no. ground floor apartments - approximately 1.6 sq.m each; 3. retention of a single storey flat roofed meter room to the rear of the building - approximately 4.7 sq.m; 4. retention of re-located single storey flat roofed bin store - approximately 5.25 sq.m. from the permitted location at the entrance gates to a more central (and discrete) location; 5. relocation of bicycle racks (8 spaces) to a more central location to the north-west side of the site; 6. minor alterations to car parking layout
