This application is for retention permission and modifications to works permitted under Reg. Ref. SD06A/1116. The proposed scheme provided for the demolition of a 2 storey dwelling (of c. 256sq.m.GFA and outbuildings (of c. 116.5sq.m. GFA) and the construction of a 2 storey dwelling (c. 711sq.m. This application seeks retention and modifications to the permitted development to now provide a 2 storey 5 bedroom dwelling (of c. 1,114.5sq.m. GFA) and garage building (of c. 74.6sq.m. GFA). The modifications to the scheme result in an increased floor area of c. 332.2sq.m. located within an extended basement and rear ground floor. The extended area provides for the swimming pool, home cinema, games room and 'Granny annex'. The first floor which comprises 5 no. bedrooms is extended by c 71sq.m. Modifications are also provided to all elevations. The site entrance has also been relocated to the mid-point of the road frontage in accordance with Condition No. 6 of the permitted scheme
