Construction of 2 no. pressure wash slabs, 1 no. brush wash slab, walled yard area (beside shop), site lighting, surfacing, landscaping, and all associated drainage works. The council refused permission on 24 Apr 2024. The five-week observation window closed on 2 May 2024. An Coimisiún Pleanála decided appeal 319783 on 27 Feb 2025 (grant conditions).
