EV, 13 no. disabled and 13 no. EV / disabled ); Basecamp area to provide 36 no. The primary proposed vehicular, cyclist and pedestrian entrance from the newly constructed Grange Castle West Access Road will be located at the eastern boundary of the site with a secondary vehicular access at the southeastern corner of the site. The council granted permission on 19 Dec 2024. The five-week observation window closed on 29 Nov 2024. An Coimisiún Pleanála decided appeal 321772 on 26 May 2025 (other). The site is zoned C2.1 — economic development and employment under the South Dublin County Council development plan.
