Ref. SDZ06A/2; a loading zone for the commercial units is also proposed on the Adamstown Station Access Road all on a site of approx. 0.91ha on lands bounded generally by Adamstown Avenue to the east, permitted crèche and residential units (SDZ06A/7) to the north, permitted primary schools (SDZ06A/2) to the west and the Adamstown Station Access Road (SDZ06A/2) to the south. This application is being made in accordance with the provisions of the of the Adamstown Planning Scheme 2003 as amended by Variation No. 1. The development will take place entirely within the boundaries of the Adamstown Strategic Development Zone as defined by Statutory Instrument No. 272 of 2001
