The proposed fill material will be stored in 2 no. stockpiles of c.90,000m3 and 18,000m3. iii. The proposed 2 no. stockpiles will provide for a combined c.108,000m3 of material to be stored on site and will be c.6m in height; iv. Vehicular and pedestrian access will be provided via approved access off the Fonthill Road (R113), which will also serve the Logistics Facility as approved under Reg. Ref. SDZ23A/0016. The proposed inert soil and stone stockpiles will be temporary in nature and will be operational for an anticipated 7-year time period. It will then be decommissioned, and the subject lands will be restored and developed in line with the Clonburris Strategic Development Zone Planning Scheme 2019.
