The 39 No. proposed units include 3 No. 2-storey houses (2 No. 3-bed and 1 No. 4-bed) and 36 No. duplex units in buildings of 3 No. storeys (15 No. 1-bed, 3 No. 2-bed and 18 No. 3-bed). The total number of units in the amended and extended Reg. Ref.
