What’s proposed

(1) Retention of the existing dwelling house as constructed in a revised siting and orientation from that previously permitted, for continued use as a dwelling; and (2) The existing attic conversion to habitable accommodation, including the associated rooflights. Permission is also sought for: (3) The change of use and conversion of the existing detached domestic shed to provide the kitchen/living/dining area and bathroom of an independent living unit ancillary to the existing dwelling, with its bedroom accommodated within the proposed linking extension; (4) The construction of a single-storey extension to the north elevation of the existing dwelling, comprising an en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe; (5) The construction of a single-storey extension linking the existing dwelling to the ancillary independent living unit, incorporating a bedroom serving the ancillary unit, together with a dining area, snug, entrance lobby and new principal entrance serving the existing dwelling; (6) Alterations to existing external openings, including the permanent closure and infilling of the existing entrance-door opening; and (7) all associated site development, paving, landscaping and ancillary works
