1). alterations to the western site boundary to accommodate a longer senior pitch, 2). the provision of sideline dug outs with covered area to northern sideline of the senior pitch, 3). the provision of a ball stop net to the southern goal end of the junior pitch, 4). the provision of equipment storage sheds and covered area to the western sideline of the junior pitch, 5). the provision of floodlights to the junior pitch area, 6). the provision of site lighting to the carpark, vehicle and pedestrian circulation/walkway areas, 7). the provision of a modular build structure to provide dressing rooms, toilets and club room, served by a wastewater tank and pump station, discharging to the main sewer, including associated site works
