changes to previously approved Planning Permission (Ref. no. 20/283) for a residential development to consist of: a) Redesign of units 4 and 8 at the southern end of the three-storey apartment block 01 (Thomas Street), b) Changes to elevations and alterations to internal layouts of both apartment blocks, c) Change to landscaping and drainage adjacent to the proposed buildings and d) Alterations to bin stores and associated site development works
