What’s proposed

the construction of the following (i) motor home park (11,420sq.m.) to include 52 no. motor home pitches (inclusive of 3no. disabled pitches) and 4no. fully accessible family friendly glamping pods (24.1sq.m.), 7 no. electricity and water service points, 1no. motor home waste disposal point, 1no. external bin storage, 3 no. external bicycle stand, set down area, boundary treatments and landscaping (ii)motor home ancillary building (126.8sq.m.) to include external signage (3.4sq.m.), waiting area, staff canteen, reception, disabled W.C., male and female changing rooms, male and female bathrooms, single storey kitchen building (13.3sq.m.) and Single storey laundry building(13.3 sqm) (iii)) surf club building (102.9 sq m) to include lobby reception staff canteen male and female changing room ,wet suit and surf board store, roof top terrace seating area with associated over head canopy (iv) street food plaza (1,458sq.m.) to include 8no. street food trucks, external bin storage, boundary treatments, landscaping, (v) 2 storey café building (69sq.m.) to include external signage (1.5sq.m.), kitchen, store, disabled W.C.’s, terrace, indoor terrace seating and all associated drainage connections and ancillary site works. A Natura Impact Statement has been prepared in respect of this application.
