What’s proposed

the construction of 26 No. single-storey residential units for older persons, comprising 6 No. 2-bed mid-terrace bungalow units, 4 No. 2-bed end-terrace bungalow units, 4 No. 1-bed end-terrace universally accessible bungalow units, 2 No. 2-bed end-terrace universally accessible bungalow units, 6 No. 2-bed mid-terrace universally accessible bungalow units and 4 no. 2-bed semi-detached bungalow units. The development will include alterations to the existing access road at the junction with Ozanam Street, the widening of this existing access road to provide for two-way vehicular access and new pedestrian access, along with all associated site development works including roads, paths, vehicular parking, landscaping, open spaces, boundary treatments, sustainable urban drainage systems and all necessary site works and site service provisions
