What’s proposed

amendments to a previously granted planning permission (Planning Ref. No. 23/60017), which permitted the construction of 15 no. dwellings. The proposed amendments relate to the omission of the previously granted single storey creche, provision of an additional 14 no. dwellings within the overall development site. Block A, comprising 6 no. semi-detached, two-storey 3-bedroom dwellings (Type A), forms part of the previously granted permission and remains unchanged. Block A does not form part of the proposed amendments under this application. The proposed additional 14 no. dwellings will comprise: 1 no. semi-detached, two-storey 4-bedroom dwelling (Type B); 7 no. semi-detached, two-storey 3-bedroom dwellings (Type C); 4 no. semi-detached, single-storey 3-bedroom bungalows (Type D); and 2 no. semi-detached, single-storey 2-bedroom bungalows (Type E). The development will also include associated access roads and footpaths, accessed via the existing Ceol na Mara estate, as provided for under the previously granted permission, It is further proposed to subdivide an area of the site to the western side of the property (for a separate future development) this proposed development shall include all necessary and ancillary site development works
