Permission is sought for change of use from previously used agricultural milking parlour and agricultural barn to commercial use consisting of farm shop and restaurant storage. 4. Structure D- underground slatted tanks retain the use of the underground slatted tanks to rainwater storage tanks for watering plants and for fire fighting services (storage tanks). 5. Structure E – Retain the existing natural stone cladding to the north facing wall of the existing retaining wall to the south of the site and the limestone capping. 6. Structure F- Retain the natural stone anchor tower with slate roof finish (27.4sqm) to the south of the site. 7. Structure G – retain the existing walled garden to the northeast of the existing potting shed and to complete the potting shed with nap plaster, doors and windows. 8.
