What’s proposed

Retention, completion and change of use of the following structures on site: 1.Structure A- (existing cattle shed), Retain the stone and timber cladding to the existing walls on the east, south and west elevations. Retain the north wall which was rebuilt on the existing footings. Retain the 2no. disabled entrance halls to the east of the building. Retain the replacement slate finish roof. Permission is sought to change the use of the existing agricultural shed to a commercial restaurant, with proposed opening hours- Friday 19-23 hrs, Saturday 12-14, Saturday 19-23, Sunday 12-15. 2. Structure B- retain the existing agricultural stables temporary timber frame structure (14.8sqm). 3. Structure C- milking parlour to the West and agricultural barn to the East of the site. Retain the plaster and mock tudor finish to the existing mass concrete walls of the existing milking parlour on all elevations (west block). Retain the demolishing of the agricultural barn and retain the new built masonry walls, with plaster and mock tudor finish on the east on the footprint of the agricultural barn (east block). Retain the new build masonry walls to the south connecting the east and west blocks, finished with plaster and mock tudor finish. Permission is sought for change of use from previously used agricultural milking parlour and agricultural barn to commercial use consisting of farm shop and restaurant storage. 4. Structure D- underground slatted tanks retain the use of the underground slatted tanks to rainwater storage tanks for watering plants and for fire fighting services (storage tanks). 5. Structure E – Retain the existing natural stone cladding to the north facing wall of the existing retaining wall to the south of the site and the limestone capping. 6. Structure F- Retain the natural stone anchor tower with slate roof finish (27.4sqm) to the south of the site. 7. Structure G – retain the existing walled garden to the northeast of the existing potting shed and to complete the potting shed with nap plaster, doors and windows. 8. Retain the existing packaged wastewater treatment system and polishing filter and all associated site works. All within the curtilage of Protected Structure (RPS 009-027, RPS 009-025, RPS 009-022)
