Carriage House and sheds to continue in their existing agricultural ancillary use. 3) The refurbishment, (re-pointing and weathering) of the wall of the Walled Garden. 4) The erection of two new stable blocks, comprising 24 stables, two Wash Bays, two Loose Boxes, a Feed Store, Tack Room, Haybarn, a 20m diam Horse-walker, 6 Isolation Loose Boxes. 5) Water Harvesting Tanks. 6) 15 Day Sealed, Effluent Tank. 7) Serviced Dungskip with run-off to sealed Effluent Tank. 8) Surface Water Soakpits. 9) New public road entrance and gateway. 10) Structured Stabilisation and weather protection of existing derelict Gatelodge and Field Cottage. 11) Re-planting of existing beech trees to be felled and creation of new, shelter belt with native Irish species.
