The proposed development will include 90 no car parking spaces to be provided on street and within curtilage, provision of public open spaces totalling c 4581 sqm (plus incidental open spaces totalling c 8973 sqm) and a childrens play area, pedestrian links to the woodland to the north west of the site, and all associated site services and site works. The existing entrance will be retained and upgraded. The completed development will be maintained by an Estate Management Company. The council granted permission on 16 Apr 2018, with conditions.
