What’s proposed

(i) demolition of existing single-storey commercial building and associated ancillary/forecourt structures, (ii) construction of a residential development comprising 7 no. townhouses (1 no. house type A – two-storey three-bedroom detached dwelling with rear garden, roof terrace and 1 no. rooflight; 1 no. house type B – two-storey two-bedroom end-of-terrace dwelling with rear garden, roof terrace and 2 no. rooflights; and, 5 no. house type C – two-storey two-bedroom terraced dwelling with rear garden, roof terrace and 2 no. rooflights.
