The development is identical to that approved under Reg. ref: 17/70 & amended by 20/625, 20/1269 & 21/1242 to include: - ground floor unit along front of Main St extending from the junction of Main St along frontage of Fatima Terrace will comprise of a retail space with ass. shopfront signage access off Main Street & Commercial space fronting and accessed from Fatima Terrace.
