Reg. Ref: 20/1146; • Boundary treatment, public lighting, site drainage works, 1 no. ESB substation (c. 10.99 sqm) and all ancillary site services and development works above and below ground. • Temporary permission is also sought for the erection of two marketing signs (4.55m high and 13.75sqm each).
