What’s proposed

for the following modifications and alterations to previously granted permission file ref no’s, 25/60393( amended under 26/60040),25/60744 and 25/60745 ( a). removal of previously granted sheds and covered area to allow for larger rear gardens and revised screening proposals to internal dividing boundaries between the properties to provide adequate privacy screening without the loss of garden space and all associated site works, retention permission is sought for the minor alterations to elevations to previously granted house types on file ref no’s, 25/60393( amended under 26/60040),25/60744 and 25/60745- (all 3 house types are the same)
