What’s proposed

The construction of a detached storey-and-a-half outbuilding providing a games room, domestic office and garage at ground-floor level, with a multipurpose studio space at attic level; 7. The construction of a detached single-storey gym building; 8. The formation of a landscaped parking courtyard, together with associated patio areas, landscaping and gardens to the east, west and south of the existing dwelling; 9. The installation of a new wastewater treatment system to serve the proposed development; and 10. All associated site development, drainage, landscaping and ancillary works
