PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Esprit Investments Limited intend to apply for permission for development at this c. 0.078 Ha site at Nos. 32-35 Pearse Street, Dublin 2 (all Protected Structures). The site is generally bound to the south by Pearse Street and to the north by Brunswick Villas, Dublin 2.
