The proposed development is focused primarily on a net site area of 3.89 hectares (identified as located in the south-east quadrant of the ‘A’ lands) in the Poolbeg West Strategic Development Zone (SDZ) Planning Scheme (April 2019). The proposed Quadrant A4 scheme comprises a total residential and mixed-use Gross Floor Area (GFA) of c. 140,707 sq m (incl. ancillary spaces at basement/undercroft level) across 6 no. principal blocks (identified as Blocks R, S, T, U, V, and W) ranging in height between 6 and 18 storeys over basement/undercroft.
